Custom Homes
We offer award winning residential design services. Our designs place a strong emphasis on cost effectiveness, constructability, and energy efficiency. A building design should be an extension of the building site, compliment the lifestyle of the client, and meet the planned construction budget. We work closely with our Clients to make their dream home a reality.
Multi-family Residential
We specialize in 'Infill' low to medium density multi-family projects that fall within BC Building Code Part 9. These projects are typically townhouse or duplex developments constructed on existing inner city building sites. Our services include zoning analysis, site optimization, custom building design, development permit application drawings, and building permit drawings.
Developer Spec Homes
Our Firm works with select Licensed Builders & Developers to generate spec home designs for single family dwelling subdivisions.
